Håvard combines experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces, the United Nations, the humanitarian sector and strategic and operational HR leadership in international energy operations.
As a global HR director, he contributed to developing an international organisation from around 300 to almost 2,000 employees. He understands what happens when strategy, structure, culture and leadership must evolve while the organisation continues to grow and deliver.

Education and professional background
Håvard completed non-commissioned officer, officer and staff college education, together with Master of Management programmes at BI Norwegian Business School in leadership, organisational communication and strategic human resource management.
