Håvard brings more than 20 years in the Norwegian Armed Forces, several years with the United Nations in New York and the Norwegian Refugee Council, and close to a decade in strategic and operational HR leadership in international oil and gas.
Over eight years as a global HR director, he contributed to the development of an international organisation from around 300 to almost 2,000 employees.
He works with strategic HR, leadership development, leadership teams, organisational development, culture and change. He helps leaders turn strategy into effective structures, clear leadership and everyday practice.
His experience in rapid growth, international environments and demanding operations makes him a valuable adviser and mentor for leaders managing complexity and decisions under pressure.
Education: NCO, officer and staff college education, and civilian studies at master’s level in leadership and HR.
