Randi has led private and public organisations for more than 30 years. Her background includes 17 years as a career officer and senior adviser in the Norwegian Armed Forces, with extensive experience in leadership development, team development, recruitment and conflict management.
She helps leaders and teams build clarity, confidence and shared responsibility. Her strength is seeing both the individual and the wider organisation, and creating processes that encourage ownership and lasting development.
Randi supports people through challenging working relationships and helps teams use different capabilities in pursuit of shared goals. Her recruitment experience includes the Norwegian Intelligence Service. She has also served as a board chair and board member.
Education: NCO and officer education in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, college and university studies, and certification in board work.
