Rune brings more than 35 years in leadership roles in the Norwegian Armed Forces and NATO. His experience includes serving as military assistant and adviser to the Chief of Defence, Commandant of the Royal Norwegian Air Force Academy, Commandant of Kristiansten Fortress and Chief of Staff at the Norwegian Defence University College.
He specialises in executive coaching and mentoring for experienced and senior leaders. His ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring complements decades of leadership experience.
Rune helps leaders examine complex issues, challenge their judgements and translate strategy into clear priorities and action. He also works with leadership teams, organisational development, security, preparedness and leadership under pressure.
Education: Master’s in Military Studies; Executive Master in Strategic Leadership and Digital Transformation; ILM Level 7 in Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring.
