Sebastian brings several years as an NCO in the Norwegian Armed Forces and experience in policing. He combines leadership and security knowledge with skills in conversations, investigative interviewing and gathering relevant information.
At TEAM NORSO, he works particularly with communication, video and marketing communication. Often a client’s first point of contact, he helps make the team’s expertise understandable and relevant.
His calm, direct approach supports trust and dialogue. He also contributes to client assignments and selection processes where asking good questions, listening actively and understanding people and situations are essential.
Education: Norwegian Police University College and NCO education in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
