Svein Erik founded TEAM NORSO. He brings 15 years of experience as an NCO and officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces, education from the Norwegian Police University College, and a master’s degree in leadership specialising in recruitment and selection.
Throughout his career, he has selected, trained and developed people for roles with high demands on collaboration, judgement and performance. He helps clients bring structure, precision and progress to recruitment, or strengthen their own capability in this area.
His perspective covers the complete process, from analysis and active search to interviews, assessment, hiring and onboarding. He has a central role in developing TEAM NORSO’s ASASO™ and AnchorView™ methods, translating research and theory into practical tools.
