He brings particular expertise in risk and vulnerability analysis and physical security. He helps clients assess vulnerabilities, risks and relevant security measures, and contributes to recruitment where this subject knowledge is important in identifying and assessing candidates.
His master’s thesis examined job analysis and interview methodology in recruitment processes.
Education: Master’s in Human Resource Management, bachelor’s in Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management, and ongoing master’s studies in Risk Analysis at the University of Stavanger.
